Description

The Konica Minolta Illuminance Spectrophotometer CL-500A is a lightweight, compact light meter designed for illuminance measurements and the spectral evaluation of various light sources, including OLEDs, LEDs, and EL illumination.

Beyond a simple light meter, the Illuminance Spectrophotometer CL-500A provides various light measurement functions. These include illuminance, color temperature, Color Rendering Index (CRI), chromaticity, and spectral power distribution. Moreover, it presents the S/P ratio of scotopic and photopic illuminance for thorough assessment.

The Illuminance Spectrophotometer CL-500A comes with the CL-S10w, an easy-to-use Excel add-in software for comprehensive functionality, including a spectral irradiance waveform display, MacAdam’s SDCM (Standard Deviation) level display, and LED binning function. Plus, a total of up to 10 CL-500A units can be connected using the CL-S10w software, allowing for multi-point measurement management.

The Illuminance Spectrophotometer CL-500A ensures precise and reliable measurements with its conformity to JIS AA classification and DIN Class B standards. It is ideal for a wide variety of lighting applications, including but not limited to:
• Evaluation of indoor and outdoor lighting such as LED, organic EL (OLED), and fluorescent lights.
• Measurement of special lighting used in broadcasting stations, studios, stages, events, etc.
• Illuminance and color temperature measurement of projectors.
• Spectral waveform and photosynthetically active photon flux density (PPFD) measurement of light sources related to plant growth.
