1. Order Specifications
Customers are requested to carefully review the product specifications and requirements before placing a Purchase Order (PO).
2. Order Placement & Cancellations
Once a Purchase Order (PO) is placed with us along with Advance Payment, cancellations will not be accepted.
Any cancellation of a confirmed PO may attract partial or full material cost as cancellation charges, depending on the stage of procurement or production.
3. Dispatch Without Advance Payment
In case material is dispatched without advance payment (under special approval), such material cannot be taken back or returned under any circumstances.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed and advance is received, except in cases of defective supply verified by us.
Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
