Description

This is a hot air exhaust type high temperature oven developed as a heat treatment oven for secondary vulcanization of silicone rubber. The one-way complete exhaust system efficiently discharges precipitates during vulcanization outside the tank, allowing for high yield vulcanization. Please use safely, taking into consideration the dimensions inside the tank and the amount of products to be heat treated.

■ Discharge of deposits during vulcanization to the outside

This is a dedicated device that increases circulation efficiency with a powerful fresh air suction circulator, discharges precipitates to the outside, and performs secondary vulcanization.

■Easy-to-operate double door

To prevent the temperature inside the chamber from dropping when the door is opened and closed and to increase the productivity of heat treatment work, double doors are standard and the door turning radius has been reduced by half.

■Auto start/auto stop/wait functions are standard features

The newly developed controller provides enhanced auto start, auto stop and wait functions. No operation is required for vulcanization. In addition, the initial setting is stored in memory, so from next time onwards operation can be completed with a single touch.
